Henan Zhonghui Company introduced the "lean production" business philosophy and optimized the machining process. The production process was optimized from the original eight main processes to five main processes. After the process optimization was concentrated, the turnover of work-in-progress and the conversion of processing benchmarks were reduced, the phenomenon of work-in-progress collisions was greatly reduced, the rate of qualified products in one-time inspection increased, production costs and quality costs decreased, and some processes adopted automated production to improve process capabilities.
